Shepherdstown's parking permits (residential, tenant, employee, and nonprofit) will expire on August 31, 2021. The entire month of September will be given to renew permits. Permit renewal may be done in person at the Police Department during the hours of 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. (office closed from 12-1 p.m. for lunch) or by mailing in your application. The Police Department will also be open on Saturday, September 11 and September 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to accommodate renewal requests.
