The Historic Landmarks Commission approved the updated guidelines in 2018. A series of public meetings were held to include community input to these guidelines. All applicants must review the guidelines prior to submitting an application.

Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 104 North King Street (unless otherwise scheduled).
