Meter Parking Enforcement Will Resume August 17, 2020

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, meter parking enforcement was discontinued in March 2020 to accommodate Shepherdstown’s businesses and residents. Meter parking enforcement will resume on August 17, 2020, and citations will be issued for meter violations. Meters will be enforced from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with free meter parking on weekends and holidays.  Residential parking will be enforced twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week as normal.  The free parking zones on East German St, South Church St, West New St, and South King St will be Open 90 Minute parking.
