Shepherdstown will not promote TRICK or TREAT in 2021. German Street will not be closed to vehicular traffic. Those individuals who desire to participate in trick or treat are requested to follow social distancing practices. The Shepherdstown Police Department will provide additional coverage between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Please be kind and patient during this time. Safety for all is our primary goal.
