The Shepherdstown Town Hall does not accept applications for absentee ballots for the November 8 General Election. Applications must be sent to the Jefferson County Voter Registration Office. If sending by mail, send to Jefferson County Voter Registration, 100 East Washington, Charles Town, WV 25414. If sending by email, send to jeffersoncounty@wvsos.com .
