The Town Council will receive public comments on a draft recycling ordinance at its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Shepherdstown Community Club (102 East German Street). The draft ordinance was recommended by the Recycling Task Force.
