This is a public service announcement from the Shepherdstown Water Plant. A water issue has been discovered at Shepherd University and as a result, residents on High Street between Princess Street and Duke Street may experience a loss of water service. Once service is restored, should you experience cloudy water, please run the water until it clears. Please call the Shepherdstown Water Plant at 304-876-2394 with any questions.
