Notice: Fireworks prohibited within city limits

As we celebrate Independence Day, the Mayor would like to remind everyone that, fireworks are prohibited within the city limits of Shepherdstown per Section 6-304 “Unlawful sale, possession or use of fireworks; permit for public display”. Have a safe and festive Independence Day!
