The Corporation of Shepherdstown is accepting applications for the position of Laborer I. Duties include, but are not limited to, general labor duties, such as garbage collection, mowing, street cleanup, assisting Water and Sanitary Departments as assigned, which could include regular lifting of 30lbs. High school diploma or equivalent is required. CDL license is required. Starting salary will be commensurate with experience. A physical examination and other pre-employment screenings, including a background check, are required. Applications may be picked up at Town Hall between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
