The Shepherdstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Town Hall on Monday, November 16, 2009, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Floodplain Ordinance, Chapter 12, Sections 9-1201 through 9-1209.  Copies of the proposed amendments will be available at Town Hall and on the Town's website at www.shepherdstown.us one week prior to the public hearing.
