A 4th of July celebration at the Rumsey Park will be hosted by the Shepherdstown Rotary Club on Saturday, July 4 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.  In conjuction with the celebration, there will be a parade beginning at 3:00 p.m.   German Street will be closed from Church to Mill Street for the parade.  Beginning at 2:00 p.m. South Church Street will closed from Washington to German Streets for the parade line up.
