SHEPHERDSTOWN PATH PROJECT PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

Shepherdstown Path Project Public Workshop 

 

The Corporation of Shepherdstown and the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) held an informational public workshop on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, located at 233 Lowe Drive, Shepherdstown, Jefferson County, West Virginia on the Shepherdstown Path Project.  The project area along WV 480 (Kearneysville Pike) ranges from Minden Street and extends south approximately 0.5 miles to Potomac Farms Drive near Shepherdstown, Jefferson County.  The purpose of this meeting was to evaluate different conceptual alternatives to developing and constructing a path adjacent to WV 480. This meeting complied with the public involvement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Following the October 20 meeting, there is a thirty (30) day comment period.  You may comment by email to clerk@shepherdstown.us or in writing. Comments are due by Monday, November 21, 2016. Those wishing to file written comments may send them to:
