The Shepherdstown Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regular monthly meeting of Monday, September 15, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the 2014 Comprehensive Plan Draft.
